          <p class="clear">&quot;El Puerto Argentina is one of those gems of a restaurant that one just  happens to discover. It is unpretentious and looking like a plain neighborhood  restaurant one block off of 7th in Ybor City. There is a<a href="http://www.tabanerocigars.com/" target="_new"> local cigar shop next  door</a> that can have a gathering of local Cubans having a smoke and lively  discussion.The service can appear glacial but if you order the beef they are  butchering it to order in the kitchen next door. This freshness yields an  unbelievable Churasco that is juicy and tender unlike most places where it is  dried and stringy.If you are in Ybor City make beeline to this restaurant.&quot;

It's a good sign when the TV is tuned to a Spanish-language station  instead of ESPN. It's an even better sign when almost all the customers know  each oher and are conversing in Spanish. Two blocks of the main street in Ybor  City but a million times more authentic!&quot;</span>

<p><span class="clear">&quot;Churrasco skirt steak remains a very, very tasty bargain (most diners looking to   avoid leftovers would be satisfied with the Baby Churrasco portion)... also   remain impressed by the Chupe de Camarones - a shrimp, egg, rice and potato soup   that was once again nicely spiced. Went before a hockey and restaurant was very   accomodating in taking and having advance order ready so that we were promptly   served and left in plenty of time for the game.&quot;
